Being denied due processBeing denied due process

Criminal »Posted 1 Sep 2019 Post Answer

legal question Fayette v. California established a person has a sixth amendment right in representing themselves. I'm in a situation Martha judge skipped right over the processors I was due and after reading my charges proceeded to tell me the name of the public defender who is going to be assigned to my case. I never signed any papers to make that contract. I need to know what proper legal instruments there are that could help me before the final court date.
