legal question Eviction it's a section 8 apartment. 30%
rent. Plaintiff claims rent not paid.
Def paid 30 % PL. Increased when should be decreasing. Didn't do HUD formula or alot deducts. Violated contract. Didn't keep up property. Violated codes for woman against domestic violence act and broke the law. Tenant has been assaulted numerous times due to violation. Tenant also was hurt from falling down stairs due to safety issues and failure to comply with the ADA rule and regulations for housing. There were numerous occasions for requests for needed things for accommodation. Landlord threatened eviction while client was WI stat 971/51. Forced eviction, retaliation, violation of tenant rights. Personal injury etc
