Salary: $64,009 to $90,451 per year
To be eligible for this position and grade, the applicant must have successfully completed a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and will have the first professional law degree (JD or LLB).
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must not be barred/licensed at the time of employment.
Applicants are requested to submit a LEGAL WRITING SAMPLE (of their choice) no more than ten pages AND a PERSONAL STATEMENT (no more than one page) describing why they would like to work for the NLRB.

Education must be accredited by an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications (particularly positions with a positive education requirement).
