What you’ll do

Wyndham Destinations is seeking a Privacy Compliance Analyst in Orlando, Florida. This position will be a part of the Wyndham Destinations Global IT, Privacy & Information Management Group, assist in the administration, development, and management of the company’s Global Privacy Program, and provide timely support to business partners in the area of privacy and data protection compliance and awareness. Position requires good written and verbal communication skills, demonstrable project management and research abilities, and strong working knowledge of US and global privacy laws, regulations, and risk management frameworks. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct privacy impact assessments for service providers and company products, services and initiatives; assist in ensuring proper processing of data subject rights requests and other privacy-related inquiries
  • Perform legislative and factual research, analyze data, and provide summaries and reports to privacy team
  • Assist in managing team projects and web portals; review and revise policy and process documentation and assist in maintaining training and awareness efforts
  • Support data incident review and response
  • Assist in developing and maintaining metrics and related reporting for privacy team transparency and accountability



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or paralegal certificate from an accredited program

Training requirements

  • CIPP certification strongly preferred

Knowledge and skills

  • Self-starter with good judgment who is highly motivated
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong policy, report, and presentation drafting and proofreading skills, attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of global privacy and data protection laws
  • Able to conduct some legislative and legal research and prepare summaries and reports of findings
  • Able to identify and address potential implications of policies and practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and sense of humor
  • Able to work in a team environment, under pressure, and with all levels of employees
  • Works with minimal supervision

Technical Skills 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with project management and legislative/legal research software

Job experience 

  • 3 years related work experience in data privacy or compliance

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States of America
