The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Assist with the execution of execute various contracts for marketing, supply chain, sales, and other BDF departments
Maintain Contract Management System
Perform corporate and legal administrative matters
Provide assistance on compliance and employee training initiatives
Provide legal support for litigation/ administrative claims
Provide assistance for other legal topics that arise
Provide coverage for NA Legal Depts. as needed
Contract reporting (tracking deadlines, etc.)
Compliance Reporting (tracking numbers/ dates/ system entries)
Consent drafting (resolutions, maintenance of minute books)
Product Information Management support (PIM)
Market Performance Claim Maintenance
Tracking of legal costs, invoices, purchases etc.
Legal Dept. support as needed

Juris Doctorate Degree from ABA-accredited law school
Bar license in at least one U.S. State
1-2 Years of transactional experience
In-house experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of contract and intellectual property law, especially with respect to the protection of copyright and other proprietary rights, warranties, indemnification, disclaimer of liability and information reuse provisions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think outside the box and create efficiencies in the contract administration process. Strong written, oral communication and presentational skills coupled with strong attention to detail, and follow-up.

Demonstrated experience in process development and creating an efficient workflow in a fast-paced transactional environment
