Infosys is seeking a Corporate Counsel - In-house attorney to join the Americas Legal team supporting the Infosys Sales teams in the U.S, Canada and Latin America. The position will report to the Head of the Americas (Commercial) Legal team and will be primarily responsible for the following: negotiating various agreements with external clients and vendors; providing legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues; managing external counsel (as applicable); ensuring that all agreements are concluded in accordance with Infosys’ corporate risk parameters and policies and working or leading various department and organization projects as assigned. Location for this position is based in Lisle IL. This position may require travel up to 20% and/ or relocation.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Must be a member of a State bar.
Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing.
At least 7 years of relevant experience including in Outsourcing, Information Technology, Intellectual property, software licensing, marketing and advertising law, SaaS (preferred)
