The Legal Affairs Specialist will provide support to the wide range of content produced by Red Bull in the United States as well as the Legal and Business Affairs team that oversees its production. This position will focus primarily on guiding company employees through production and delivery best practices, oversight of our proprietary Rights Management System, Music Licensing and administration of Still Photographs. This person will also be a key conduit to our global colleagues in Europe and across the globe on matters of content delivery and distribution. There will be close collaboration with Red Bull’s internal production and marketing staff as well as the senior members of the legal team both in in the US abroad.

  1. Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience within a major us content studio, talent agency, production company, advertising agency or network’s business and/or legal affairs department. 

  2. Strong attention to detail and a desire to get things right balanced with the ability to work with creative personnel in a flexible environment. 

  3. Self-starter (and self-stopper) with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a high volume, fast-paced environment. That means an ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision; an ability to meet demanding deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work product; excellent multitasking and organizational skills and; an understanding of when to stop and ask for help.

  4. Proven team player able to work collaboratively with diverse personalities in a global work environment.

  5. Excellent judgment and the ability to solve problems pragmatically.


  • Bachelor's Degree required. Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred but not required.
